Modafinil is often praised as a “wakefulness wonder drug.” Originally developed to treat narcolepsy, it’s now widely used for managing fatigue in conditions like sleep apnea, ADHD, and shift work sleep disorder. But for some users, the experience doesn’t match the hype.
